SO , as expected, the SEMINOLE TRIBE of FLORIDA, CFO-MICHAEL ULIZIO AND Council Member CHRIS OSCEOLA, have ONCE AGAIN, cowardly played their card of Sovereign Immunity with the court and claim that their Immunity allows them to have ZERO accountability for their lies, fraud and misrepresentations.

The Fraud and Corruption that the Seminole Tribe of Florida conduct themselves with towards "the white man", as Chris Osceola so eloquently called me, is not only honor-less and appalling but it is destroying many US small businesses that they deal with. They take no accountability and cowardly hide behind their Sovereign Immunity when a business or individual pursues recovery and accountability from the Tribe..

There is a LONG pattern of abuse,  deceit and fraud that has been conducted by The Seminole Tribe, yet HIDDEN from the millions of patrons, fans and consumers, who visit their establishments and buy their products,  EVERY SINGLE DAY and for good reason......THEY'RE ABUSING THEIR SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY right in front of everyone's eyes and people have no idea the severity of this problem.

The Tribe OWN Hard Rock International and conduct it with a reckless abandon, "Entitlement" and arrogance and then cowardly hide behind their sovereign immunity when they sabotage, con or renege on deals; for their own gain...  I am an entrepreneur and a small business owner who was seduced, conned, deceived and DECIMATED by the Tribe's tactics and practice.  I come from a hard working, honorable, integrity driven, Italian immigrant family and my word is my bond.  Ask anyone who knows me.

This issue is a MUCH bigger global and social issue than the media, politicians and citizens are aware of and I need someone with the BALLS to cover it and be a part of our voice and pursuit of justice....I challenge any one reading this to join our pursuit.

Let me make one thing VERY clear. I revere and respect native american history and culture more than anyone. I grew up playing the sport of lacrosse and hold many special bonds with many native american friends, players and coaches.  I am talking about ONE "VERY bad apple", The Seminole Indians!
Everyone has visited or continues to visit a Hard Rock hotel, casino or Cafe; with no clue about how the business and brand is being run and "falsely" marketed and promoted to the masses.....Globally!

Please inquire and spread the word about this, as it's the most visible brand, operating with the largest most corrupt, racist and fraudulent tactics that are invisible.

WHAT is it going to take to get everyone to listen? I am petitioning a BAN and BOYCOTT of SEMINOLE businesses and products until this is exposed and they are held accountable for the unethical and fraudulent conduct ......IT MUST BE EXPOSED AND IT MUST BE STOPPED.
